Completed in fall of 2022, this 3-story Brownstone located in the heart of Bedford Stuyvesant was meticulously renovated from beginning to the end. Work included the full demolition process to framing, build-outs, custom carpentry for the library room, pantry, kitchen and much more. We also carefully maintained the historical Brownstone details within the building by refinishing the existing building trims and moldings, reclaimed the building stairs and paneling while updating the place to a modern-rustic abode.

Located right next to the heart of Midtown East, we had the pleasure of renovating this unit in the historical building that is 7 Park Avenue. Work included opening up the space between the living room and the kitchen enabling us to enlarge our kitchen space and living room space. A new breakfast bar and island were created as a result of the new layout.
