RFP (REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL) PROCESS or BID “During the bidding phase, contractors, including their subcontractors if relevant, are formally invited to submit proposals encompassing the project’s scope of work, completion timeline, penalties, and pre-qualification criteria. Following a meticulous vetting process, and upon the owner(s) approval of the selected bid, the hired contractors proceed to furnish the comprehensive cost estimate for the project, marking the commencement of the “CONSTRUCTION” phase.”
