Jonathan Li, also known as “Jon” is a successful young entrepreneur, President & CEO of Elite Construction – a licensed general contracting company and a proud M/WBE business enterprise based in New York City. 

Jon’s family owned a general contractor and real estate development company. After graduation he later then joined the business, honed his skills in the construction industry and became a construction project manager. With 9 years of dedicated experience and hardwork, he founded Elite Professional Construction Inc., where he aspires “to transform plain places into sleek spaces.”

Jon is committed to growing his business and work on projects that align with the brand of his company. He and his team strive for excellence and quality to make sure that clients are happy and satisfied with the results of their respective projects. He believes that the key to the success of his company is teamwork, commitment and dedication.

As the President, Jon prioritizes the well-being and success of his team as the backbone to his company. Jon is known for his reliability in the industry and takes pride in knowing that his success is directly correlated to his client’s happiness and satisfaction. He dreams of expanding his business throughout the city of New York. He looks to diversify his clientele through the M/WBE minority business network. Elite Professional Construction continues to grow by 15% each year because of him and his team’s dedication to excellence in architectural design. Jon is dedicated to his work and his passion for the construction industry shines through in everything he does.

At Elite Construction, Jon and his team are committed to carefully manage and control the progress of all their construction projects. From pre-construction planning, coordination, budgets, and supervision to quality control, risk management, and technical support. They work tirelessly to ensure that their clients are at ease and satisfied with the results.

During his free time, he enjoys hanging out with friends and family, traveling with his loved ones, going to the gym, going to sports events and still making real estate deals. He is an avid sports fan, including a long-time suffering Knicks, Mets, and Jets fan. In addition to the success of his construction company, Jon has a quirky side as well. He is left-handed and if you ever notice his left pinky smeared with ink, you will know why 😉

Elite Construction strives to represent a reputable and professional business to the community. The company’s goal is not only to create business success, but also to make a difference within our team, clients, and community.

EPC’s services range from exterior to interior work, residential and commercial. It possesses in-house capabilities ranging from ground up development to extensive rehabilitations in demolition, structural, framing, roofing, carpentry, plumbing, and electric etc. Its expertise is in interior by 1 to 6 family renovations. It also provides management services, such as maintenance, repairs, turnovers and more. 

EPC’s staff consists of self-motivated, passionate and dedicated individuals both on and off the field, who focus on providing the best results or final touch. Our professionals have a diverse background in construction as well as in property management, so that we can give the best advice and suggestions to our clients. EPC is also part of a network of active architects and designers with whom they have maintained long term partnerships with.
